Notes

Went the gym in the afternoon, not feeling the freshest but workout went really well. Practised getting deep in squats and only raised the weight if I was happy with depth - trying to hit the pins with the '8' visible above pins. Was able to hit the pins a few times at 135 and felt I had a lot more power out of the hole, form very good too, no good mornings or excessive lean to one side.

Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x125, 1x5x135, 1x3x135, 1x5x135, 1x3x135

Push Press - 1x8x65, 1x8x85, 1x5x95, 1x2x105, 1x2x115, 1x5x95 (happy with power on last set)

Cable Rows - 2x10x100, 1x8x100

Pallof Presses - 3x10x27.5

L Hold Pull-Ups - 3x6 (done with pallof presses, upper ab feeling better)
