Notes

Right glute still a bit tight but decided to try some light hip thrusts and deadlifts. Took both easy and controlled, was a bit apprehensive but didn't feel any discomfort. Also for some reason my deadlift grip has got weaker. Left hamstring still won't heal. Pull ups were strong.

Angled Chin Ups - 1x5, 1x5x25, 1x5x45, 1x5x55, 1x5x65, 1x5x45

Wide Grip Cable Rows - 4 sets

Lat Pressdowns - 4 sets
