First interval workout in a while, goal was to go out around 3:55-3:58 and see how I felt after the first 4. Unfortunately went out a little too fast and legs just couldn't respond after the 4th rep. Really worked hard to finish strong especially the last 200m of both the 5th and 6th rep. Workout not ideal but pleased with results. Temperature felt a little warm despite dew point only around 15. There was quite a bit of wind, mostly a headwind on the odd reps but also lots of cross breezes. First 2 reps felt like tempo effort but it quickly fell apart by mid 3rd rep where I found myself really pushing to stay on pace. Same with 4th rep and then had nothing at beginning of 5th rep, just a matter of surviving at that point. Right calf held up ok.
