Woke up still feeling a lot of tightness in right hip but it did feel better than yesterday morning and glute medius strength seemed ok so I decided to give it a go. Could feel tightness throughout run, sometimes spreading around quad and through groin area but it would come and go, and it didn't feel any worse when starting up from a break. Overall went better than I expected, will need to reassess tomorrow. Took a GU at 16K but was feeling really low the last 5k. Felt especially depleted immediately after run. Lower legs were also quite sore.
