Notes

Shoulder workout. Lower back really tight this morning so this may have held me back a bit during workout. Left groin/adductor really tight too from leg press it seems. Felt like my first set at 115 was stronger than 3 weeks ago, same with 2nd set even though I only got 4 reps. Last set was a disaster though as the bar was all over the place and I couldn't generate any drive. Totally psyched myself out. Last 2 sets at 95 were pretty strong though.

Overhead Press - 1x5x75, 1x5x95, 1x5x105, 1x5x115, 1x4x115, 1x3x115, 1x8x95, 1x10x95

1 Arm KB Clean & Press - 2x6x20kg, 1x6x22kg, 1x4x24kg, 1x1x28kg (only on right side, failed on left)

Front raises, side raises, rear delt machine
