Notes

Deadlifts were pretty crappy, just couldn't get glutes and hamstrings involved. First 4 reps at 245 were mostly back and then why I did try to lift from the lower body I just couldn't generate any power. Bench press went better, nearly failed last rep though.

Deadlifts - 1x5x135, 1x5x185, 1x5x225, 1x6x245

Bench Press - 1x5x135, 3x8x155

Glute Hamstring Raises + Glute Kickbacks - 3 sets

L-Sit Chin Ups - 3x8

Lat Pulldowns - 3 sets
