Sumo Deadlifts - 1x5x135, 1x5x185, 1x3x215, 1x3x235, 1x3x255 (had to go to mix grip at 235)

Walking Lunges - 1x10x30lb dbs, 1x10x35, 1x8x40

Step Ups - 1x6x65, 1x6x75, 1x4x85

Sume pull ups and hamstring curls on ball
