Notes

Wasn't sure how workout would go due to sickness but very pleased with results. Warmed up on overhead press and although I was feeling a little down I figured I had enough to go for the planned workout. The 2nd rep at 115 was pretty smooth but had nothing for the 3rd. Took a while to get going with squats, knee wasn't any worse than last time but was quite sore after. Bench Press went pretty good, had a bit left in reserve in all 3 sets but without a spotter and not feeling the greatest I didn't want to push it. Did take a pretty long pause after the 8th rep in the last set though.

Overhead Press - 1x5x65, 1x5x75, 1x5x95, 1x3x105, 1x2x115

Squats - 1x8x95, 1x8x115, 1x8x135

Bench Press - 1x12x160, 1x10x160, 1x9x160

Front Raises + Face Pulls - 3 sets
