Notes

Went to see Kim, she worked on my hamstring. Right glute feeling better this morning so decided to try out the treadmill. Was feeling quite a bit of usual DOMS in adductors from squats/lunges. Went on treadmill for 29 minutes, felt a little awkward but no real pain, then did elliptical for 30 minutes. Legs were burning after elliptical and knees were a little sore but decided to try out the treadmill for another 15 minutes. Felt some discomfort around groin and upper thigh especially when I increased the speed but it never escalated. I have a feeling the pain would have come on pretty quickly though if I kept running at a speed over 7.5.
