Notes
Rolled and massaged calf last night and was feeling a bit better this morning although also sore. From the start I could feel calf was tight and there were parts of the run that it was verging on painful, however it never got as bad as yesterday. Finished run at M's gym and did 25 minutes on bike (5 at 8, 5 at 7, 5 at 8, 5 at 7, 5 at 5) keeping cadence over 90. Also did some leg presses and extensions. Calf was feeling fine at the gym.
Weather a bit cooler but still muggy.
