Worked my way up to 10.0 spending maybe 10-15 minutes around 9.0 and around 5 minutes between 9.0 and 10.0, felt pretty good. Did a tiny workout before mostly focusing on deadlifts, abs still hurt when trying pull-ups.
Deadlifts - 1x8x135, 1x5x155, 1x5x175, 1x5x185, 1x2x195, 1x2x205 (having problems keeping shoulders back at 185 and higher, went to mixed grip at 195, maybe some rounding too)
Bench Press - 1x5x135, 3x5x155 (155 crazy hard)
