Haven't been getting much sleep lately so was feeling quite tired today. Back workout still went ok though although left elbow is starting to hurt again with pull ups.

Pull Ups - 3x8x25, 1x10x25

Lat Pulldowns - 4x10x100

Lat Pressdowns - 4x12x55

L-Sit Chin Ups - 3x8
