Notes

Tried box squats which went pretty good although were difficult. Upper right hamstring very tight. Overhead presses still improving. Right leg very shaky on split squats. Also hit my first back lever.

Box Squats - 5x5x95

Overhead Press - 1x5x65, 1x5x80, 1x5x85, 1x8x90

Split Squats - 1x5x65, 1x5x80, 1x5x85, 1x5x90 (done with press)

Some L-sits and back lever work
