4x1600 with 2 minutes rest, hid water in bushes and drank some during walk recovery after 2nd interval. Not too hot but the sun was bright, slight breeze. Really pushed the last interval just to maintain pace, goal was to hit around 6:25 for each interval so am pretty pleased with the effort. Feet weren't feeling so bad, knees and shins hurt quite a bit after, plus felt some shin pain during the intervals, right ankle still a little sore and back was quite tight after. Need to take it easy for a bit. Would like to work on lowering my cadence at this pace. Cadence was 98,99,99,99. Here are 400m splits:
