Supposed to be an easy run but felt more like steady state due to mugginess of weather and muscle soreness. Heart rate crazy high but I did feel a slight but fresher at end. Left arch hurt immediately afterwards, right arch not so bad except again in the last K. Ran about 5.5K on the turf.
