Did a light workout at the gym. Wasn't so bad considering I haven't worked out in a while with weights. Paused most of the squats.

Push Press - 1x10x45, 1x6x65, 1x6x75, 1x6x85
Pull-Ups + Leg Raises - 4 sets
Pull-Throughs + Glute Ham Raises - 3 sets
