Don't know what's wrong, maybe overtrained, can't kick this sore throat and have been feeling fatigued. Also tweaked my right QL/oblique stretching this morning, feels crazy tight now but only really feel it when walking/twisting. Took it easy with workout today.
Squats - 1x8x95, 2x8x115
Some Pull Ups
Bench Press - 1x8x135, 1x8x145, 1x7x155
Close Grip Bench Press - 3x6x135 (done with bicep curls)
Bicep Curls - 3x12x50
Walking Lunges - 2x15x30lb dbs
