Treadmill

Notes

Treadmill run at gym, did 5x30 second strides at 10.0. Left arch aching and ankle acting wonky again when walking as I am trying to avoid putting pressure on the inside arch. Saw Kim earlier and she tried to work out the knots in my glute + said my SI joint on right side is jammed, also realigned my pelvis. Doesn't appear to be too serious but I need to loosen up the glute to do heavy pulls.

Did a small workout at gym before treadmill, completed 1,2,3,4,5,6 pull-up ladder and 1,2,3,4,5,6 bench ladder at 115lbs for first time. Also did some weighted dips, front squats (1x5x45,65,85,95) and split squats. Front squats didn't seem to irritate my right side but with the split squats I was very unbalanced trying to shift the weight away from my glutes with right foot forward.
