Right side is really tight, didn't bother me too much during sets but could feel it in between, especially when sitting. Front squats went pretty good, was able to get 4 sets of 6, last set may have been the strongest. Felt like I kept upright good and got good depth. Step Ups may have been the strongest they have felt and right knee was a bit better than last week.
