Notes
Had to wait for a package so was planning to do shoulder workout at home. Ended up only getting overhead press done before workout was interrupted. Went for a run after, felt somewhat sluggish, left Achilles still quite sore. Overhead press upstairs went pretty good. 5th reps were all grinders so don't think I could have hit a 6th rep on any of the sets but quite happy considering the workout was at home as unracking the weight and getting set is a bitch.
