Happy with bench press, repeating last cycle but this time without pauses at bottom, mini pause after 5th rep, slightly longer pause after 6th rep, didn't attempt an 8th rep as I was pleased with effort and figured I probably would not have gotten it.

Bench Press - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x145, 1x5x165, 1x7x185

DB Incline Press - 2x12x60, 1x10x60, 1x9x60

Dips - 4x10x50

DB Flys - 2x10x50, 2x8x50

Bar Pressdowns - 1x16x50, 1x12x50, 1x10x50, 1x8x50, 1x8x40
