Took the day off yesterday as we left for Florence early. Decided to run loops from the villa up to a vineyard about 1.35km away. Thought the road was more flat than it actually was as it turns out there is a 1K stretch that climbs 80m. Quite technical on the way down but tried my best to run it fast on the fast repeats. The route is partially shaded but temperature is still scorching. Took this first repeat nice and slow.
