Notes
Training session today went pretty good. Deadlifts felt strong, 295 went up pretty fast but there was some back rounding, really need to get set before I pull. AMRAP set was touch and go but felt my back solid throughout. COuld have done a couple more reps but didn't want to sacrifice form.
