Overhead press was ok, 95 felt a bit heavy so I was worried but first 2 reps at 115 were pretty good and then it just fell apart as I could barely move the third rep. Bench press felt really strong, no pausing between reps during the sets. Right knee hurt so I kept squats light. Squats actually felt strong even with the knee pain, luckily the pain didn't really get worse.

One Leg Reverse lunges - 3x5x95
