Treadmill

Notes

Forgot to take weight this morning. Did treadmill at gym after workout and felt pretty good, some discomfort in shins and left arch.

Workout didn't go too good but was happy with a couple of things. Started with back squats and wanted to do 3x5x115 but a warmup set at 95 felt hard. Did 1 set at 115 and wasn't happy with depth and form so put the 12 inch box under me and dropped weight. Ended up doing 1x5x95, 2x5x105 touching the box. Tried some weighted wide grip pull-ups and did 1x8x10, 1x6x15, 1x5x25, 1x4x25.

Dips on ab station - 1x6x35, 2x6x45 (45 plate touches ground at bottom)

Incline bench - 1x6x95, 1x5x105, 1x6x95 (felt hard after dips)

Split Squats - 3x6x30 (quite hard, still weaker on right side)

Pallof Press - 3x10x27.5 (getting easier)
