Did the same 2 segments as last week, Cherry to Sugar and Sugar to Cherry. Tried to maintain tempo effort for both segments with about 1km easy in between. There was a pretty strong wind from the north so the first half of the 2nd segment from Cherry to Sugar was tough. Really worked a lot harder during the 2nd segment and finished pretty comfortably but it was hard. Fitness slowly coming around, but also a long way to go. Back feeling a slight bit better today.
