Ran part of the Scotiabank route, the 1km hike up Bay + the first 2kms up University are quite difficult with the gradual incline. Definitely need to take it easy at start and not push the pace until Bathurst. Left foot is getting worse and hurt pretty much the whole way, right foot feeling best it has in a long time. Experienced some adductor soreness towards end as if I hadn't run in a while, hopefully this will work itself out this week. Right calf cramped up at times, a bit worrisome. Hamstrings and quads felt good though. Right shin better than yesterday. Run was tough running on the sidewalks and having to weave around people. Lots of breaks at lights, Garmin totally wacky so need to be aware of this during race (although it did seem to be OK for most of University, Bloor, and Bathurst). Got hot towards end of run when sun was out, still getting over this cold so not 100% yet.
