Deadlifts went ok, really felt it in back extensors on 6th rep so didn't attempt a 7th. Step Ups went better than last time but still some pain in groin.
Deadlifts - 1x8x135, 1x5x185, 1x3x225, 1x5x240, 1x5x255, 1x6x270
Pull-Ups - 3x6x25
Face Pulls - 3x10x42.5 (done with pull ups)
Step Ups - 3x8x10kg kettlebells
One Arm Clean & Press w/kettlebells - 1x8x10kg, 1x8x12kg, 1x6x16kg
Practised some kettlebell swings, getting better
