Back feeling a lot better today, some quad DOMs which is good. 195 felt quite heavy, 4th rep a real grinder and my butt came off the bench noticeably. Accessory work after felt very weak.

Pause Bench Press - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x155, 1x3x175, 1x4x195

Incline DB Press - 3x12x55, 1x11x55

Dips - 2x10x45, 1x9x45, 1x8x45

DB Flys - 2x10x45, 2x9x45
