Tough leg workout, really battled through squats with form suffering a bit on the latter reps, some of them not the best depth either. Felt like I did an ok job pushing through my heel though. Right glute not feeling the best today, need to be careful with this.

Step Ups - 1x8x45, 1x8x65, 1x8x85, 1x6x95
Glute Ham Raises + Leg Extensions + Glute Kickbacks + Single leg press upstair
