Leg workout ok. My right side feels pretty tight but didn't really bother me during workout. Left Achilles still quite tender. Felt like I had good form with squats and was in control although right knee seems to be getting worse again.
Squats - 1x10x115, 1x10x135, 2x10x145, 1x8x155
Walking Lunges - 3x12x35lb dbs
Gute Ham Raises + Leg Extensions + Glute Kickbacks + Upstairs leg press
