Still not happy with bench press, first 2 sets were ok but the last 2 reps of last set were tough, no way I was getting 7 reps. After pump and run I might have to switch programs as I'm not making progress now. Also tried for a PB on bench but failed pretty bad at 205, was just feeling exhausted after work sets. Squats went ok, 155 was wonky but last set at 135 felt good. Rack pulls were done standing on a plate making them a couple of inches closer to ground Seemed like I was keeping a more neutral back but ischial tuberosity area is feeling irritated after.
