Notes
Worked on volume deadlifts, felt pretty good although I did lose some tightness in lower back when switching to mixed grip. Did first 6 reps of first set double overhand and first 4 reps of last 2 sets double overhand. Felt like I could have gotten some more reps on last set.
Deadlifts - 1x5x135, 1x5x185, 3x8x225
T-Bar Rows - 2x10x90, 2x6x115
Lat Pulldowns - 2x10x100, 2x6x120
L-Sit Chin Ups - 4x8
Lat Pressdowns - 5 sets
