Wasn't sure if I was going to do workout today as tendon on inner calf was really bothering me but I massaged it this morning and didn't feel it at all on the run. I do feel it a slight bit after but nothing like yesterday. Left foot is also feeling better but Achilles was really tight, felt it throughout warmup before finally loosening up. Wore my Zantes and had the right shoe tied real loose as I did bruise my foot yesterday with the laces too tight.

There was some wind from the west mostly so stuck with last week's plan of running 3 with tailwind. First three reps felt pretty good, only started to work hard in last 300m of third rep and then again in last 300m of final 2 reps. But I never hit my absolute limit and didn't end up working as hard as last week. Pleased with paces considering this happened day after longest run of year and it wasn't a 100% effort from the get go.

Cooldown went ok, didn't seem like the intervals were too taxing.
