Notes

Workout at gym after running there. Didn't have much power at all, overhead press felt really heavy and bench press not the strongest as I tired myself out quite a bit with the overhead press. Right glute is getting a bit better but avoided anything that would aggravate it.

Overhead Press - 1x5x65, 1x5x75, 1x8x95, 1x7x95, 1x6x95

Paused Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x8x155, 1x7x155, 1x6x155

1 Arm Kettlebell Press - 1x10x14kg, 1x8x16kg, 1x6x18kg

Lateral DB Raises - 3x10x25

Rear Delt Cables - 3x12x15

Leg Raises + Farmer's Walks + Glute Ham Raises
