Chest and back workout at gym. Kept bench press light, taking breath after every rep, definitely had more reps in me at 165. The ladder was manageable but tough after the heavy sets. Pull-ups were weak. Abs are still hurting from doing the wheel a few days ago.
Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x5x155, 3x5x165, ladder to 135 w/10 second rest
Narrow Dips - 4x10x35
Pull-Ups - 4x6x25
Wide Grip Cable Rows + Lat Pressdowns - 4 sets
