Plan was to do 18K easy today with possibility of a progression run. I wasn't feeling the greatest as I didn't eat too well yesterday and drank quite a bit. Hips and glutes were feeling a little tight. The run started off a bit sluggish but once I picked up the pace I decided to hit 2km at HM pace and then shut it down. The HM pace kms were very tough heading into the wind. Heart rate data still a little jumpy. Stopped for water after run and was feeling ok. Sun was quite hot.
