Right hip was feeling better this morning but there is still quite a bit of tightness so not sure how it would respond to running. Still decided to do a lighter leg workout and the hip held up ok although I was a little timid. Strength on right side also seemed the same as last week. Left side of mid back is still quite sore so didn't do any pull-ups or push press. Paused all reps in first 2 sets.
Front Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x125, 1x8x115
Single leg stiff leg deadlift - 3x8x45
Walking Lunges - 2x12x35
Leg Extensions + Leg Raises
