Decided to take a day off running. Went to gym which wasn't too bad although right hip was a little sore and felt weak especially getting deep into squat.
Front Squats - 1x8x45, 1x8x75, 1x5x85, 2x5x95
Overhead Press - 1x8x45, 1x8x65, 1x8x75, 2x5x85
Split Squats - 3x8x20lb dbs
Glute Ham Raises + Pull Ups
