Was out til 4:30 in morning last night so didn't sleep well. Got a kink in right neck/shoulder plus severe ab DOMS (couldn't even do a pull up) so wasn't sure how workout was going to go. Bench was disappointing as I really wanted 8+ reps, squats weren't so bad.
Bench Press - 1x5x135, 1x3x155, 2x5x170, 1x7x170 (nearly got 8th rep)
Close Grip Bench Press - 3x8x135
Squats - 1x3x95, 2x3x115, 1x3x125, 1x3x135, 1x3x145, 1x3x135, 1x3x115
T Bar Rows, Lat Pulldowns, Lat Pressdowns
