Calf feeling a bit better today, probably shouldn't have pushed the pace this much though as it got sore towards end and was quite tight after. Really out of shape as my legs felt really heavy the last km and could barely maintain 4:20 pace.
Went to the gym after for bench press and squats mostly.
Bench Press - 2x5x165, 1x6x165 (2nd set felt the easiest, glad I eked out an extra rep in last set)
Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 3x5x135 (focused on form, still not happy with 135 depth but getting better, really felt it in glutes and hamstrings which is good)
Leg Raises (done with squats)
Towel pull-ups - really felt these in forearm
Russian Dips - getting better at these
