Lacking a bit of energy today, probably shouldn't have gone for 12 reps on incline DB as that wiped me out. Happy with bench press as I wasn't sure how much power I would have. Felt like each rep was crushing me though leading to my arch collapsing and losing tightness. Tried for a 6th rep at 185 but didn't get close.
Pause Bench Press - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x145, 1x5x165, 1x5x185
Incline DB Press - 2x12x60, 1x9x60, 1x8x60
Dips - 4x10x45
DB Flys - 4x8x50
Bar Pressdowns - 1x15x50, 2x12x50, 1x10x50
