Pretty good weather today so decided to get in an interval workout. Was hard finding a good stretch though as there were puddles everywhere from snow melting, and lots of construction. Settled on a 1km stretch of the Don Trail. Goal was to get in 6 reps with about 1:30 rest. Rests ended up being a bit shorter and legs just couldn't deal with a 6th rep. Ended up maxing out most of the 5th rep and calling it a day. Average was 3:51.3 which isn't bad for the Don Trail - ground was wet and there were more undulations than Cherry Beach for example. Nice to finally get in 5 reps with shorter rests than what I had done previously this year. There was some headwind in the odd reps, mostly in the first 500m of each rep.
