Light workout at gym. Legs didn't feel too bad but I was completely gassed in between sets. No upper body strength either obviously. Right hip might finally be getting better too.
Squats - 1x10x65, 1x10x75, 1x5x85, 1x5x95
Overhead Press - 1x8x65, 1x8x75, 1x5x85, 1x5x95
Wide Grip Pull Ups - 3x8
Some hamstring curls and stationary lunges
