First day back at gym, man was it tough, just took it easy

Deadlifts - 1x8x95, 1x8x145, 1x5x165 1x5x185
Step-Ups - 3x8x45
Reverse Lunges - 1x8x45, 2x8x65
Kettlebell Swings
