Tried to avoid anything causing elbow pain, pull ups were the worst. Had nothing for overhead press, pathetic.

Dips - 1x15, 1x8x25, 1x8x45, 1x7x45
Cable Rows - 1x8x100, 1x6x120, 1x8x100
Overhead Press - 1x6x65, 1x6x75, 1x6x65
Cable lat pulldowns
