Notes
Not happy with weight this morning. Easy run at gym at 0.5% incline after weights. Started off very sluggish before easing into at. Both shins are feeling a little tender. Workout prior was:
Weighted Angled Chin-Ups - 1x6x10, 2x6x15, 1x5x20, 1x5x25
Push Presses - 1x6x65, 1x6x75, 1x6x85, 1x6x95 (shoulders a little sore, felt hard, progress very slow)
Rack Pulls - 1x5x95, 1x5x135, 1x5x155, 1x5x165, 1x5x175 (L said form looked good, 175 was hard but feel I still had something left in me)
Pallof Press - 3x10x32.5 (much better than last time at this weight, did these in between rack pulls)
Goblet Squats - 3x5x16kg kettlebells (held for about 3 seconds at bottom with each rep, controlled but wasn't easy)
Farmers Walks - did 3 with 24kg kettlebells in between goblet squats
