Notes

Workout at gym

Deadlift - 1x5x135, 1x3x165, 1x2x185, 1x1x205, 1x5x215 (off pads, felt pretty solid)

Bench Press - 3x5x155 (not bad, some wrist pain)

Practised pistol squats, did some pull ups and push ups

Leg Raises - 3x5 (tried to do them controlled, shoulder started hurting as I rotated it)
