Notes
Focused on back but didn't have a solid plan, was feeling a little out of it this morning. 245 deadlifts were pretty solid despite shaky first rep. 265 was pretty bad, 4th rep was a real grinder so I stopped. 275 felt smooth and 285 was horrible. Still feeling DOMS so I think I was lacking a lot of leg strength in the lifts.
