Notes

Pretty good workout, squats getting stronger but still feel somewhat weak at 135. Paused all reps at 95, first 3 at 115, first 2 at 125 and first one at 135. Right side still feels significantly weaker than left.

Squats - 1x5x95, 1x5x115, 1x5x125, 2x5x135

Split Squats - 3x8x30lb dbs

Glute Ham Raises + Pull Throughs - 3 sets

Leg Raises + L-Sit Pull ups - 3 sets
